These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the par99 platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the par99 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the provisions set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Only users aged 21 and above may register and maintain a par99 account. One account per person is permitted. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All par99 accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and other supported methods are governed by the payment terms herein. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and applicable processing times.

Access to and use of the par99 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
par99 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any player at any time. This may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by par99 will result in account suspension and the freezing of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
par99 takes underage gambling seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the payment source used, minus any winnings generated. Winnings accumulated by underage players are not payable under any circumstances.
To access the full range of par99 services, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active par99 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances. par99 uses sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, including IP address monitoring, device fingerprinting, and payment method cross-referencing.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your par99 username and password. par99 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. You must notify par99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You must keep all account information current and accurate. par99 reserves the right to request re-verification of account details at any time. Providing false or misleading information at any stage — including during bonus claims or withdrawal requests — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
All par99 player accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). par99 does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made in PKR. The following payment methods are currently accepted on the par99 platform: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, GrabPay, Cash OTC, and Debit Card.
Deposits are processed in real time subject to the availability and processing speed of your chosen payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. par99 reserves the right to refuse any deposit that cannot be verified against the account holder's identity.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method's withdrawal capabilities. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in your name are not permitted under any circumstances. par99 targets a withdrawal processing time of one to five business days, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
All withdrawal requests above the par99 verification threshold are subject to mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before processing. This is a regulatory requirement under par99's international licence and is non-negotiable. Players are encouraged to complete identity verification proactively through their account settings to avoid delays when requesting withdrawals.
par99 holds all player funds in segregated accounts that are kept separate from par99's operational funds. This means your PKR balance is protected and is not used to fund par99's day-to-day business operations.
par99 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a par99 account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game types — including but not limited to live casino side bets and certain slot titles — may be excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment.
Any player found to be exploiting par99's promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to lock in bonus funds, or using automated tools to fulfil wagering requirements — will have all bonus funds and associated winnings voided and their account permanently closed.
Bonus credits and free bets expire within the time period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. par99 is not obligated to notify players individually of approaching bonus expiry dates, though notifications may be sent as a courtesy.
par99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible players only. par99 may at its sole discretion exclude any player from any promotion.
All bets and wagers placed on the par99 platform — including cricket betting, sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo fishing, and Aladdin games — are governed by this section and the game-specific rules published in each product area.
A bet is only considered accepted and binding once par99 has confirmed the bet via a confirmation message displayed on screen and recorded in your transaction history. Bets that are not confirmed are not binding on par99. par99 reserves the right to decline any bet at its absolute discretion, including where the requested bet exceeds applicable stake limits.
par99 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: obvious pricing errors or system malfunctions; match or event abandonment where no result is determined; evidence of match fixing or corrupt activity; duplicate bets placed as a result of technical errors; or any other circumstance as determined by par99's trading team in accordance with its operational policies.
In-play (live) betting markets on cricket and other sports are subject to suspension at any time during play. Bets placed after a key event — such as a wicket, boundary, or penalty — may be voided if par99 determines that the event had already occurred at the time the bet was placed, regardless of any delay in the live data feed.
Maximum single-event and daily winnings limits apply per player and per product category. These limits are set by par99's risk management team and may vary based on account history, market type, and stake size. par99 reserves the right to apply individual account-level limits at its discretion.
All par99 casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently audited on a regular basis. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on verified long-run statistical outcomes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the par99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:
par99 cooperates fully with Pakistani and international law enforcement authorities in any investigation involving money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes originating from or passing through par99 player accounts.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the par99 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any par99 content.
Unauthorised use of par99 intellectual property — including use of the par99 brand in social media, third-party websites, or promotional material without express written consent — constitutes infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

You have the right to request access to the personal data par99 holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to par99's data retention obligations under its international gaming licence. While par99 takes all reasonable measures to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, or third-party infrastructure issues may occasionally affect platform availability.
In no event shall par99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total net deposits made by you to par99 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits par99's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
par99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, par99 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in your account pending investigation. Where termination results from suspected criminal activity, account balances may be held indefinitely pending law enforcement direction.
Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — including voluntary closure by the player — any verified balance remaining after the deduction of applicable bonus funds will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method within a reasonable time.
You may close your par99 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within two business days. Closing your account does not affect any outstanding bet settlements or pending withdrawal requests initiated prior to closure.
par99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, par99 will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification.
Your continued use of the par99 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
